Question 1

What is included in a move-out cleaning?

Accepted Answer

The scope can cover kitchens, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, fixtures, and accessible cabinets. Tell us if you need appliance interiors, window tracks, or other detailed work so these can be included in your quote.

Question 2

How is move-in cleaning different?

Accepted Answer

Move-in cleaning focuses on preparing the home before belongings arrive. Empty cabinets, open floors, and accessible surfaces make it easier to reach the places that become difficult once you settle in.

Question 3

Do I need to be at the property?

Accepted Answer

Discuss access when requesting your quote. Include any lockbox, building-access, parking, or key handover requirements so an access plan can be agreed before the appointment.

Question 4

Do you bring cleaning supplies and equipment?

Accepted Answer

Please confirm equipment and product arrangements with us when booking. Tell us about delicate materials, product preferences, or sensitivities so we can discuss them in advance.

Question 5

How far in advance should I schedule?

Accepted Answer

Send your preferred date as soon as you know your move-out or handover schedule. Availability is confirmed individually; submitting a request does not reserve a date.

Question 6

Can you accommodate a quick rental turnover?

Accepted Answer

Include the deadline in your request or call 650-450-7729 to discuss availability. Short-notice work depends on the schedule and agreed scope; same-day or 24–48 hour service is not guaranteed.

Question 7

Do you work with property management companies?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Select Property Management Account in the quote form and tell us about your units, turnover volume, locations, and preferred contact method.

Question 8

Can I request cleaning for multiple properties?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Use the multiple-property option to share the approximate unit count and expected turnover volume. Individual property details can be coordinated during the quote process.

Question 9

How can I confirm licensing and insurance?

Accepted Answer

Call us to request current business and insurance documentation before booking. We do not publish credential claims here until the relevant details have been verified.

Question 10

Do you offer recurring house cleaning?

Accepted Answer

Weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly options can be discussed in your quote. The cleaning scope, cadence, and available schedule are confirmed for your home.

Question 11

How are quotes calculated?

Accepted Answer

Property size, occupancy, current condition, service type, requested extras, and timing all help define the scope. Photos can help clarify what the property needs.

Question 12

Which areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

Our focus is Hollister and San Benito County. Include the property address or city in your request so service availability can be confirmed for your location.
